Her name is Mary-Ann Shearer.Some of her tips:Eat three peices of fruit every morning for breakfast with nothing elseEat avocado every day to kick cravings for fat If you are a vegetarian, eat nuts 3 times per week (about a half a cup)Don’t mix protein and carbsEat 80% rawIf you can, try to stay away from dairy and gluten. It takes 6 weeks to see if you are gluten intolerant.
